Billing UX polish
- Show contextual banners when an owner returns from Stripe Checkout or the Customer Portal.
- Clean the
stripequery parameter from Settings → Billing after preserving the banner state. - Redirect newly created workspaces to Settings → Billing so owners can complete subscription setup immediately.
- Allow billing profile saves with empty optional corporate/procurement fields on fresh workspaces.
