What's new
For GB Travio workspaces, the inbox bio pane can now surface a client's travel context — family composition and children's ages, preferred and past destinations, recent quotes, the last confirmed trip, and a historical budget signal — alongside the existing Travio practice links.
The same bounded, privacy-safe summary is now available to GB-Agent's "draft with me", so suggested replies can be grounded in the customer's history without exposing names, documents, or internal figures.
Behind the scenes
Travel context is stored in a new server-only table and is loaded only for the conversation you have open — never in list views or local caches — and only for enabled workspaces. The feature stays dormant until the data loader is connected.
