GB-Agent YOLO auto-send mode. Workspaces can now separately opt into auto-sending successful plain all_inbound proactive drafts without operator review, while keeping the default auto-send-first behavior limited to Flow completion / keyword / continuation triggers.
Safety-preserving gate chain. Human-review handoffs, non-pending drafts, non-draft_reply routes, duplicate/race checks, the human-operator suppression window, and the global worker kill switch still stop auto-send.
Workspace setting. Adds the additive proactive_draft_auto_send_all_inbound column and a warning-styled settings toggle.

Adds worker, route, settings-panel, and settings-adapter coverage for the new all-inbound auto-send opt-in.
