- Durable inbox flags. Workspace owners and admins can create an Inbox setting that matches an inbound chat phrase, chooses a fixed safe-palette color, and sends matching conversations to the top of the inbox.
- Operator-controlled lifecycle. A flag remains active through later follow-up messages until an operator selects Unflag conversation on desktop or mobile. A future matching inbound chat activates it again.
- Reliable inbox coverage. Active flags are included in a bounded first-page overlay, so an older flagged conversation is still available even when it falls outside the ordinary recency window.
Safety
- Flag rules, instances, conversations, and activating messages are constrained to the same workspace at the database layer.
