- Inbox Bio pane detail context. Opening the desktop or mobile Bio/Info pane now requests selected-conversation detail hydration, so GB/Travio client context and workspace-defined contact attribute rows are loaded for ordinary list-selected conversations instead of only deep-linked conversations.
- Privacy-preserving refresh model. The hot-path selected-thread refresh remains envelope-only for speed and cache safety; sensitive Bio-pane detail is fetched only when the operator explicitly opens the Bio pane.

- Adds source-contract and mobile interaction coverage proving the Bio pane triggers selected-detail hydration.
