Switchbord ("we", "us", "our") provides a WhatsApp operations platform for teams managing customer communication. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in the alpha environment.
Information we process

- Message event metadata, delivery statuses, and operational logs.

Data storage and security
Data is stored using managed cloud infrastructure (including Supabase, Vercel, and Railway in our hosted setup). We apply role-based access, encryption in transit, and auditing controls aligned with alpha-stage best practices.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Workspace administrators can request deletion of workspace data subject to operational and legal requirements.
Third-party services
Switchbord integrates with third-party providers such as WhatsApp/Meta. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's applicable terms and policies.
