These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Switchbord. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Alpha service notice

Switchbord is currently offered in alpha. Features may change, be deprecated, or be temporarily unavailable. You agree to evaluate the service with that understanding.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity within your workspace, including provider credentials and message content submitted through integrations.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Do not transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.
  • Comply with WhatsApp/Meta platform policies when sending messages.

4. Open-source and hosted usage

Switchbord includes open-source components licensed under AGPLv3. Self-hosted deployments and hosted usage are both supported; additional commercial terms may apply for managed offerings in future releases.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Switchbord is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
