What's new
- Added a purple Review button in the inbox conversation header that applies the persistent Review conversation tag.
- Active review requests now highlight conversation rows in purple while preserving the Review tag after closure.
- Assigned operators can close a review from the conversation header and must add a short note before the active highlight is cleared.
