Inbox timeline readability
- Add centered date pills between daily message groups in desktop and mobile inbox chats.
- Keep the normal chat reading order intact: older messages above, newest/latest messages at the bottom.
- Make the date pill sticky inside the message scroll area so operators can see which day they are reading while scrolling older history.
Template image headers in chats
- Preserve the selected template header image URL when operators send image-header WhatsApp templates from
/inbox. - Render that image above the template body in the outbound bubble, including SWITCH5-style sends that use Meta runtime media IDs under the hood.
- Avoid duplicating the full template body as the image caption so the bubble reads more like the template composer preview.
