Reliable webhook channel discovery
Inbound Meta webhooks no longer rewrite their channel record after it has already been discovered. The worker now reads the canonical channel route first and writes only during first discovery, with safe recovery for duplicate or lock-timeout races. This removes the database contention that caused temporary 500 responses during high-volume inbound bursts.
