Channel & date filters on Insights. Pick a specific WhatsApp number (or all channels) and a date range, and set a default channel for your workspace so Insights opens where you want it.
Conversation Sources. A daily stacked bar shows where your conversations come from — organic inbound, campaign responses, or Meta ad clicks — using first-touch attribution so nothing is double-counted. Drill into any source to see which campaigns or which exact Meta ads drove conversations each day.
Meta campaign comparison. Compare aggregate performance across your Meta campaigns — conversations started, leads, and replies — pulled directly from your ad account and matched to your WhatsApp conversations.
Meta Marketing API connection. Securely store a Meta Marketing API token (in the encrypted vault) and your ad-account id in Settings to unlock ad and campaign names and the campaign comparison. An existing WhatsApp token with ads access can be reused.
Notes
All Insights data is approximate and scoped to your workspace. Meta ad and campaign names appear once a Marketing API token is linked.
